Here is a lovely story of how my CV Format helped the daughter of one of my website clients:

Our younger daughter lives in Victoria, Australia with her partner and they recently bought a rundown 69 acre farm for their horses with the realisation that they needed jobs. Being a local and skilled in rural things he got one quite soon but our daughter had some difficulty. She went to a 'professional' local CV writer, got a CV done and started applying for suitable jobs.
No response - not even a phone call.
Naturally she was getting desperate and asked us to look over her CV.  We had not seen her 'professional' CV so she emailed it over - horrors. You could have been talking about a block of wood.
My wife, a writer and our elder daughter, who works in advertising, got stuck in last weekend with help from me.  I downloaded your CV format from your babyboomers website and we proceeded to rewrite her CV from scratch; telling her story and making her a real person. At 8pm Sunday night, we emailed it to our daughter who had two jobs to apply for on Monday.
She visited both potential employers with her new CV on Monday.
Results - she had two job offers Tuesday afternoon and is now Office Manager for a small accountant's practice and starts work next Tuesday.
